The payment schedule is as follows:
• A non-refundable deposit of $1500 per person is due at registration
• Balance is due no later than August 31, 2020
Registration closes September 5th
Cancellations For cancellations before July 31, 2020, payments will be refunded less a $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received after July 31, 2020 will result in a 100% forfeit of the total workshop cost; however, you may sell or transfer your registration to another woman (less a $500 admin fee) as long as she agrees to the payment schedule and cancellation policy. If you do so, please send us written notice of your transfer and put her in contact with us. If you cancel by July 31, 2020, you may transfer your deposit to another SFMS weeklong retreat or facilitator certification training within one year of the deposit (less a $500 admin fee). Cancellations must be received in writing.
Facilitator Cancellation: In the event that we must cancel the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel for any reason. If we, the facilitators, cancel the workshop due to COVID, we will refund your full payment. If we reschedule the retreat into 2021, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
The refund of payments received shall release The Sacred Feminine LLC, Caroline Muir, Amrita Grace, and any of their staff or colleagues from any further liability.
Other Cancellations: In circumstances where workshop cancellation results from the inability of the trip to occur as scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, epidemic, God, nature, or for any reason beyond control, Amrita Grace and Caroline Muir are not liable for restitution (refund of payment). However, our intention is to be in full integrity and work with each situation that presents itself with fairness, grace, and love.
Travel Insurance and Trip Cancellation Insurance are strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of an emergency or unexpected cancellation.
