What’s not included:

• Your round trip airfare to and from from the UK
• Optional lodging stays before/after June 28-July 5
• Transportation to and from the retreat centre (except to and from the sacred sites during the retreat)
• Medical, travel, and trip cancellation insurance (very strongly recommended)
• Food outside of the retreat centre meal plan
• Passport and travel documentation

You must review all cancellation policies before making a deposit, as your deposit confirms your full agreement with all policies.

Cancellation Policies

Participant Cancellations: For cancellations 60 days or more before the first day of the retreat, payments will be refunded less the $500 non-refundable portion of your deposit. Cancellations received 59 days or less before the first day of the retreat will result in a 100% forfeit of the total workshop cost; however, you may sell or transfer your registration to another woman (less a $500 admin fee) as long as as long as she is a suitable candidate for the retreat and she agrees to the payment schedule and cancellation policy. If you do so, please send us written notice of your transfer and put her in contact with us. Cancellations must be received in writing.

Facilitator Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel for any reason. If we determine that event cancellation is necessary, we will refund your full payment when possible (see next paragraph). The refund of payments received shall release The Sacred Feminine LLC, Amrita Grace, Martine Florus, and any of their staff or colleagues from any further liability, including travel expenses incurred.

Other Cancellations: The Sacred Feminine LLC must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel and retreat centre deposits) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, pandemic, earthquake, flooding, etc.), The Sacred Feminine LLC will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. The Sacred Feminine LLC will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any. However, The Sacred Feminine LLC does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands. The refund of payments received, if any, shall release The Sacred Feminine LLC, Amrita Grace, Martine Florus, and any of their staff or colleagues from any further liability, including travel expenses incurred. We will always do our best to be in full integrity and work with each situation that presents itself with grace and love.

Medical Insurance, Travel Insurance, and Trip Cancellation Insurance are strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of an emergency or unexpected cancellation.
