All-Inclusive Tuition

Super Early Bird Tuition $1997 through November 30, 2024

Early Bird Tuition $2297 through January 31, 2025

Regular Tuition $2597

What’s included:

• 4 night’s single lodging with ensuite bathat San Damiano
• Homemade meals – 3 meals per day from dinner March 24 – lunch March 28
• The Art of Receiving program
• Bonus content ($1297 value) gifted in full upon registration

What’s not included:

• Airfare or any other transportation costs to and from San Damiano
• Optional lodging stays before/after March 24/28
• Medical, travel, and trip cancellation insurance (strongly recommended)
• Food outside of the retreat center meal plan

You must review all cancellation policies before making a deposit, as your deposit confirms your full agreement with all policies.

Payment Schedule:

$500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place

A payment of $800 is due by January 31, 2025

Balance due by February 28, 2025

Cancellation Policies

Participant Cancellations: For cancellations 60 days or more before the first day of the retreat, payments will be refunded less the $500 non-refundable portion of your deposit. Cancellations received 59 days or less before the first day of the retreat will result in a 100% forfeit of the total workshop cost; however, you may sell or transfer your registration to another woman (less a $500 admin fee) as long as she agrees to the payment schedule and cancellation policy. If you do so, please send us written notice of your transfer and put her in contact with us. Cancellations must be received in writing.

Facilitator Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel for any reason. If we determine that event cancellation is necessary, we will refund your full payment.  The refund of payments received shall release The Sacred Feminine LLC, Amrita Grace and any of their staff or colleagues from any further liability, including travel expenses incurred.

Other Cancellations: If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, pandemic, earthquake, flooding, etc.), The Sacred Feminine LLC will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. The Sacred Feminine LLC will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any. However, The Sacred Feminine LLC does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands. The refund of payments received, if any, shall release The Sacred Feminine LLC, Amrita Grace, and any of their staff or colleagues from any further liability, including travel expenses incurred. We will always do our best to be in full integrity and work with each situation that presents itself with grace and love.

Medical Insurance, Travel Insurance, and Trip Cancellation Insurance are strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of an emergency or unexpected cancellation.
