As you enter the Sacred Feminine Women’s Temple, your senses will be filled with the presence of the archetypal feminine in her many faces, facets, and forms. Here, you will learn to trust your inner voice, to trust your body’s wisdom.
You are invited to rest your precious body and being in the feminine temple where you will be guided step by step through each process, supported by a safe sisterhood. Please, bring all of who you are… all of you is welcome here.
It’s perfectly natural to feel intimidated, nervous, and resistant to venturing into these hidden, secret realms… and yet, it is within these realms that the missing pieces of your life have been languishing, waiting to be claimed. There is immense beauty, empowerment, and grace in reclaiming your sexual wholeness, which ultimately reveals to you the clarity of your soul’s true purpose for your life at this time.
With great reverence, Amrita weaves a visionary tapestry of feminine presence and sacred temple space in an integrity-filled safe healing container.
Here you will be gently, lovinginly, and compassionately guided to clear out eons, lifetimes of debris and clutter that stand in the way of high-quality relationships, your passion and vitality, and your capacity to fully receive the bounty of life.

The sexual healing work is all done fully clothed, and was created by women, for women. It is presence- and stillness-based energy healing without agenda that includes conscious communication, nervous system regulation, presence with yourself and others, and empowered boundaries.
You’ll be in awe of the deep sisterhood bonds that develop rapidly as ancient patterns of feminine relating fall away. Patterns that are rooted in the Burning Times, when women were punished for their healing power and forced to turn each other in to the “authorities” to save their own families.
Amrita is a highly intuitive, trauma-informed, innovative, and experienced guide, and she will lead you through the sexual healing practices with grace and dignity. You’ll have the opportunity to experience three distinct roles–facilitating, receiving, and witnessing–in the powerful body of work globally celebrated as Sexual Awakening and Healing® aka The AH Practice. Location & Hours:
San Damiano is a retreat center on 55 acres with gardens, hiking trails, and a labyrinth, nestled in the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness Park 40 minutes east of the Oakland airport.
We begin with dinner on Thursday and the workshop will take place from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday and 9:00 am – noon on Sunday. You will have evenings free. Depart after lunch on Sunday.
All-Inclusive – Lodging & Food:
♥ Single rooms with private baths for early registrants, while they last. Double occupancy when single rooms are sold out.
♥ 9 meals, dinner Thursday through lunch Sunday
Getting there:
Fly into Oakland airport (OAK). The venue is located 40 minutes from the airport.
*Who it’s for:
This retreat is open to cis-gendered and trans women (whether you have a womb or not) as well as non-binary femmes who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women and references female body parts. We will ask for and honor your preferred pronouns.
Tuition:
Tuition includes the 3-day retreat program, 3 night’s lodging in a private single room with a private bath (while single rooms last, double occupancy when sold out), 9 meals, and supportive bonuses worth $547. While we encourage you to stay onsite, a meals-only commuter option is available. Inquire for more info.

Balance & Refund Policy:
A $150 deposit secures your early-bird tuition. Early-bird balance in full is due by February 1, 2024. Regular tuition balance is due by March 1, 2024.
Your $150 deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another woman, less a $50 admin fee. We must be notified of transfers in writing with contact info for the woman who will take your place. Tuition and lodging fees become fully non-refundable after February 1, 2024, and no refunds for partial attendance.

I’m in for the long vision for myself and for our world.
Through the AH Practice, I have claimed my bodily sovereignty. I accessed repressed emotions and sensations and gave them a voice, more fiercly than I knew was in me. I have longed for such a safe container to express the fullness of my experiences all my life and now feel lighter and sense the movement of energy and life force flowing effortlessly. It is such a powerful practice of presence that I know in my bones I was born to experience and to transmit to other women. Women gently healing women is where it’s at!

This was a potent retreat that uses simple techniques that help women access their trauma that is held in their body and release it. I found this work much more effective than traditional therapy. The retreat provides a safe container for healing and emotional release.
